1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Certify-U, you agree to comply with these terms, which are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations for e-learning platforms.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Our platform is open to adult learners (18+). For users under the age of 18, access is only permitted with verifiable parental consent in accordance with the UAE Child Digital Safety Law. Usage by children under 13 is strictly limited to authorized educational programs meeting regulatory exemptions.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
Users must not engage in cheating, impersonation, or the posting of harmful content. Content must align with UAE media and values laws. Prohibited actions include screen recording, redistribution of course materials, and sharing login credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, documents, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Certify-U or its licensors. Unauthorized use may lead to termination of access and legal action under UAE Cybercrime Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 34/2021).
5. Payments & Refunds
Pricing is displayed in AED (or equivalent) and includes 5% VAT where applicable. Refunds are managed under the UAE Consumer Protection Law.
6. Certification Validity
Certificates are issued upon successful completion of assessments monitored by our platform or governing bodies (KHDA/ADEK). We reserve the right to revoke certificates if fraud or academic dishonesty is discovered.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts or UAE courts depending on the user's location and the nature of the training.
8. Termination
Certify-U reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, including breaches of data security or child safety protocols.
